ANALISI DEL MOVIMENTO E CAREN

Un ruolo centrale hanno gli studi relativi al movimento ed alle sinergie muscolari, effettuati sia in soggetti sani che in pazienti neurologici e amputati. L’analisi del movimento può essere effettuata con optogait, col BTS GAIT-LAB ed elettromiografo di superficie, o con ricostruzioni delle attivazioni muscolari e della cinematica tramite il CAREN. Quest’ultimo, unico installato in Italia, è un complesso sistema di realtà virtuale con schermo a 180° con pedana con 6 gradi di libertà e proiezioni sullo schermo dei movimenti effettuati dal paziente grazie a markers posizionati su diverse parti del corpo e analizzati da sofisticate telecamere ad infrarossi.

An accurate Movement and muscle synergy assesment, carried out in healthy subjects as well as in neurological and amputee patients, play a central role in future rehabilitation planning. Movement analysis can be performed with optogait, with the BTS GAIT-LAB and surface electromyograph, or with reconstructions of muscle activations and kinematics using the CAREN Biomechanics lab. The latter, the only one installed in Italy, is a complex virtual reality system with a 180° screen with a platform with 6 degrees of freedom and projections on the screen of the movements made by the patient thanks to markers positioned on different parts of the body and analysed by sophisticated infrared cameras.
