S.I.R.S. Servizio Internazionalizzazione e Ricerca Sanitaria

Con D.A. n. 48 del 01/02/2023 sono stati nominati i Referenti Aziendali per la Ricerca e l’Internazionalizzazione nel Settore Sanitario presso l’Assessorato della Salute della Regione Siciliana.
Per l’IRCCS sono stati individuati il Dr. Rocco Salvatore Calabrò e la Dott.ssa Maria Pia Zanghì, secondo nota prot. n. 14499 del 07.12.2022.
La Rete del Referenti Aziendali S.I.R.S. si è insediata presso il D.A.S.O.E. dell’Assessorato della Salute il 06 luglio 2023 e dal 22 febbraio 2024 il S.I.R.S. dell’IRCCS si è costituito nel TAVOLO DIGITAL HEALTH del ProMIS – Programma Mattone Internazionale Salute.
Il Servizio Internazionalizzazione e Ricerca Sanitaria (SIRS) coordina e supporta le attività di internazionalizzazione, ricerca sanitaria e progettazione in ambito europeo.
Tra gli obiettivi prioritari, quello di attrarre finanziamenti nazionali, europei e internazionali rafforzando e integrando al contempo la rete di partenariati europei e internazionali.
Nell’ambito delle proprie attività, il S.I.R.S. si occupa inoltre della promozione, redazione e sottoscrizione di Convenzioni e Accordi di collaborazione scientifica che prevedano tra le altre attività anche l’interscambio di Ricercatori.
Le attività del S.I.R.S. comprendono anche riunioni periodiche di aggiornamento sui temi in ambito EU, e-mail informative, supporto alla partecipazione/coinvolgimento attivo nelle iniziative di sistema, promozione di iniziative progettuali congiunte su call EU, organizzazione di webinar con esperti tematici, co-costruzione e promozione di iniziative formative, aggiornamento costante sullo stato attuale delle iniziative e delle policy a livello europeo, favorendo così all’interno dell’Istituto e nei rapporti con l’esterno un aggiornamento costante sulle evoluzioni normative e le direzioni strategiche del settore internazionale.

For the IRCCS, Dr. Rocco Salvatore Calabrò and Dr. Maria Pia Zanghì were identified, according to note prot. no. 14499 of 07/12/2022.The S.I.R.S. Corporate Referent Network was established at the D.A.S.O.E. of the Department of Health on July 06, 2023, and as of February 22, 2024, the IRCCS S.I.H.R was established in the DIGITAL HEALTH TABLE of the ProMIS - International Health Brick Program.
The Service for Internationalization and Health Research (SIHR) coordinates and supports internationalization, health research and plans activities in the European arena. Priority objectives include attracting national, European and international funding while strengthening and integrating the network of European and international partnerships.As part of its activities, the S.I.R.S. also deals with the promotion, drafting and signing of Scientific Collaboration Conventions and Agreements that include, among other activities, the interchange of Researchers. S.I.H.R. activities also include periodic update meetings on issues in the EU arena, informative e-mails, support for active participation/involvement in system initiatives, promotion of joint project initiatives on EU calls, organization of webinars with thematic experts, co-construction and promotion of training initiatives, and constant updating on the current state of initiatives and policies at the European level, thus fostering within the Institute and in external relations a constant update on regulatory developments and strategic directions in the international field.
